We travelled to Houston in the first week of November and the weather was around 27°C to 30°C. We did walk around a fair amount and also used the METRO Rail in the hotter part of the day. It was perfect with hardly any crowds, a mix of cloud and sunny days at mangeable temperatures. Some days were cloudy whilst others were sunny but it was workable with photography for sure.
